1 Detailed description of goods and services
IsiQane is an online store selling high quality hair, health, beauty and pet products.
2 Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, purchases will be processed within 3 to 7 working days and delivery arranged. All online orders are subject to a standard delivery fee.
Delivery periods are only regarded as having commenced upon payment confirmation being received by IsiQane. Delivery periods are calculated based on business days only. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not taken into account in calculating delivery periods.
Orders will only be dispatched when all items on the order has been received due to products being supplied by more than one supplier.
IsiQane makes every effort to ensure that the information supplied on the website is accurate. Every reasonable effort will be made to inform the purchaser should changes occur not displayed on the website.
3 Export restriction
IsiQane is currently only available to South African clients within the South African borders.
4 Agreement of Sale
Placing a product in a shopping basket or adding it to a wish list without completing the purchase does not constitute an agreement of sale or an order for such product. Should the purchase cycle be completed at a later stage and the product is unavailable or the price has changed IsiQane cannot be held liable.
An agreement of sale only comes into effect when the client electronically submits a properly completed order in the shopping basket and payment is authorized and received by IsiQane in its bank account.
5 Accuracy
IsiQane shall take all reasonable efforts to accurately indicate prices and delivery charges. Should products by error be offered at incorrect prices and/or delivery charges, IsiQane will not be obliged to sell products at such incorrect prices and/or delivery charges, but shall refund monies paid by the client should the client wish not to proceed with the purchase at the correct price and/or delivery charge.
6 Payment options accepted
The clients payment made for any products ordered from IsiQane can be made by Credit Card Payments. Should the banks authorization not be obtained, the order will be cancelled. IsiQane retains the right to carry out certain fraud checks with the cardholder or the cardholder's bank.
The transaction/order will be cancelled should IsiQane be unable to verify the validity of the transaction/order.
Electronic Funds transfer can be selected and instructions will be given on how monies can be paid to IsiQane's bank account subject to the following: the exact amount must be paid, the payment must be identified by referencing the order number and surname in the reference section, no transfer will be accepted from an ATM, your order may be cancelled if the amount is not paid within 5 business days.
7 Product price increase
All products on the IsiQane website are subject to price changes. Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

If orders are placed and paid for during this time that the factories are closed then the orders will only be sent out on the 9th January depending on availability of stock
